Process Control Dynamics and our principal vendors — MEIDS (ICONICS), Ovarro, OPTO 22, Mitsubishi Electric, and FlowWorx — are manufacturers and manufacturers' representatives. We develop, sell, and support world-class automation hardware and software. What we don't do is system integration.
That's not an oversight. It's a deliberate commitment — and it's the foundation of why our SI partner relationships work as well as they do.
Because we don't compete with you for integration work, every project opportunity we uncover goes directly to our partner network. When a water utility needs to modernize their SCADA platform, when an oil and gas operator is ready to deploy a new RTU network, when a building owner wants to unify their automation systems — those conversations come through us, and the integration work flows to you.
Our success and yours are genuinely aligned, not just in theory but in practice.
What you get as a PCD SI partner:
A channel partner that doesn't compete with you. Neither PCD nor our principal vendors perform integration services. Every project that requires engineering, programming, commissioning, or ongoing support belongs to our SI partners — full stop. There are no gray areas, no exceptions, and no conflict of interest.
First-line technical support from people who know the products. PCD maintains technical sales engineers on staff with deep product knowledge across our entire line card. When your team runs into a challenge in the field — configuration questions, protocol issues, application edge cases — we're the first call, not the manufacturer's 1-800 support line. We resolve the majority of technical issues directly, and when we need to escalate to a principal, we do it on your behalf.
Support across every phase of your project. Our technical sales engineers are available from initial opportunity scoping through proposal development, application design, pre-sales demos, factory acceptance testing, and post-commissioning support. You're not on your own once the PO is issued — we stay engaged for the life of the project.
PCD-sponsored product training. Keeping your team current on the products you're deploying is essential to winning work and delivering it well. PCD sponsors regular product training events for our SI partners — covering new product releases, advanced application techniques, and certification programs across our principal product lines. Training is part of the partnership, not an additional cost of doing business.
Active project and marketing support. We don't just list your logo on a web page and call it a partnership. PCD actively promotes our SI partners to end users and project owners in our territory — referring qualified opportunities, co-marketing on relevant projects, and working to put your firm in front of the right contacts at the right time. When we're at a customer site, you're part of the conversation.
