To recover a lost license:
TBox firmware updates are performed through TWinSoft, Ovarro's configuration software. Updated firmware files and release notes are available through the Ovarro Customer Support Portal. If you need guidance on the update procedure for your specific TBox model, contact PCD's technical team before proceeding — firmware updates on live systems require care and we're happy to walk you through it.
OPTO 22 maintains comprehensive documentation — including user guides, I/O module datasheets, and groov Manage configuration references — on their support portal at opto22.com/support.
