Technical Resource Partners (TRPs) are individuals and companies PCD has partnered with to provide a variety of technical services to our customers such as consulting, training, tech support, troubleshooting and configuration assistance specifically for products & solutions PCD provides.  

TRPs assist End Users, System Integrators, Engineering Firms and even our Principal Partners to ensure the solutions provided on are performing their best.  TRPs are certified in multiple products and solutions PCD provides and are committed to attend yearly factory training and certification on those products to ensure they provide the highest quality service and support possible.
